Book a room
The Municipality of Bolton-Est offers its citizens the opportunity to reserve a space free of charge for meetings or events.
Please note that we do not rent our spaces to anyone who is not a citizen of Bolton-Est, unless by special arrangement with the Community Development Officer.
Town Hall Council Chamber
Capacity
- Maximum 18 people seated with 6 tables set up
- Maximum 30 seated without tables
- Maximum 40 people standing
You have access to:
- 6 rectangular tables
- 10 chairs on castors
- 33 folding chairs
- wi-fi
- television with HDMI cable
- kitchenette with stove, fridge, sink and crockery
- bathroom
If you reserve the room outside Town Hall opening hours, you must ensure that you can collect the key beforehand. When you leave, you must deposit the key in the mail slot on the front door of the Town Hall.
If you're using the kitchen, you'll need to clean up after yourself.
Before you leave, check that the toilet is flushed.
St.Patrick Center
The St.Patrick Center is a former Anglican church next to the Town Hall, now used as a community center.
Capacity
75 people maximum
You have access to:
- 42 folding chairs
- 7 cushioned chairs (non-folding)
- 5 plastic chairs
- 6 rectangular tables
- 5 pews
- a piano
- wi-fi
- canvas with projector (on request)
- The bathroom is in the Town Hall (remember to ask for the Town Hall key when you book).
Big top at Terrio park
A new outdoor space, the big top at Terrio Park is a permanent structure erected on a 12 x 18-meter concrete slab.
You have access to:
- electricity
- wi-fi
- picnic tables on site
- bathroom (in summer)
